Madrid Highlight Tour

This walk through the historical center takes us to the Muslim origins of the capital, its late medieval history and of course to the glorious era of the Habsburgs. But it also illustrates more recent events and evolutions: economic crisis, youth unemployment, real estate speculation, gentrification, etc.

We stop both in front of tourist classics such as the Plaza Mayor or the Royal Palace and in hidden side streets. With the most diverse themes: autos-da-fe, legends of virgins and murderers, royal weddings, anarchists, etc. And reviving some of the most illustrious figures in Spanish history who left their mark in Madrid: Philip II, Diego Velázquez, Carlos III, Francisco Goya, Benito Pérez Galdós and many more. An entertaining program for everyone who wants to get to know Madrid for the first time.
