The Prado Museum or simply \u201cthe Prado\u201d. When it was founded on the initiative of Queen Mar\u00eda Isabel de Braganza in 1819, no one thought that this modest gallery where some, very few, works from the immense collection of royal paintings were exhibited would become what it is today: a paradise for art lovers, and especially Spanish art from the Middle Ages to the end of the 19th century. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
