History, Heritage and the Legacy of Three Religions

Toledo is one of the oldest cities on the Iberian Peninsula and, at the same time, one of the great centres of Mudéjar art and architecture. Its streets and historic buildings offer a glimpse into the period of splendour associated with the so-called “multicultural Toledo”, when Muslims, Jews and Christians shared the same urban space for centuries.
